An outfit that doesn't fail ...

Give me a good pair of mom jeans, and I'll wear those babies every possible way. Pairing a light wash pair of my fave vintage Levi's with a suede jacket makes for a great transitional summer into fall look.

REASON #1 WHY I'M A FAN OF THIS LOOK:

This is an outfit that you could easily wear from day time into evening. It's one that feels like it can fit multiple occasions, and because it's layered is versatile.

REASON #2 WHY I'M A FAN OF THIS LOOK:

Something that I'm really into right now is mixing pale colors. I love how this blush paired with the almost light blue look of these vintage jeans. Makes for a little cotton candy vibes.

REASON #3 WHY I'M A FAN OF THIS LOOK:

It's one of the comfiest things I've worn in awhile. Hence the fact that last week I wore it 3 days .... in a row. Whoops.

I've been enjoying thinking of different ways to wear & style my vintage Levi's. Pairing them with a pale color on top made for such a fun look. It's so easy to overlook pieces in our wardrobe because we think we've outworn them, when really we just stopped trying to keep them fresh by coming up with creative ways to style them. Sometimes when it comes to wardrobes, less really is more. Build a closet full of pieces that you feel confident in, that fit you well, and that will last. Then add in the occasional different piece (like a pink jacket) and pair those with your go to constant staples.

I topped off the Avec Les Filles top with this Zara jacket, and my Sun Buddies shades. The monochromatic sunglasses fit perfectly with the jacket, and gave some darker hues which is fun.

Find the Avec Les Filles top here, similar sunglasses (the color I'm wearing sold out, but Dusty Pink is really close) here, and the jacket here! Jeans are thrifted, but tip for all of my local people, Corner Store in Uptown has amazing jeans always! Youuuuuur welcome.
